• When shipping to outside Japan for items purchased, there may be cases where tariffs, import duties, and customs fees are imposed at customs clearance in receive countries.
  In such cases fees shall be borne by the customer. Please pay directly to the delivery company or to customs authorities at time of delivery.

• If purchased goods is returned to Japan due to customer's long-term absence or unpaid tax/customs fees, shipping cost charged by the delivery company will be borne by the customer.
• For shipment of items outside of Japan, please note that we do not accept purchase cancellation or product returns due to customer's request.
