This is a signature flavor at MASUMOTOYA. We use Okinawan "Shisa Mineral 21" salt (also known as Nuchimasu) which is recorded in the Guiness Book of World Records for its high mineral content.
Our craftspeople discovered this subtle flavor balance through trial and error. ("Shio-Mitsu" is a registered trademark.)
